Die-Cutting
Die-cutting allows the foam to mould into specific shapes by using an automated die-cut machine. Usually the foam is placed above a cavity and the die-cut machine applies a pressure, results a cut-out shape of the cavity. This method is efficient and cost-savings for large orders. The die-cut machine has the ability to die-cut as thick as 4” depending on the density/firmness of the foam.

Profile-Cutting
For odd-size shapes, profile cutting is often used to cut and shape foams. It is suitable for foams that require contours or 3-dimensional shapes such as sofa cushions or orthopaedic purposes.

Convolution
Convolution Polyurethane foams are often seen in acoustics foam and packaging products. The “egg crate” shape creates extra support and shock absorption. The peak and base of the egg crate can be adjusted with respect to customer requirements.

E)you can select 30mm foam knife tool for cutting less than or equal to 30mm honeycomb X composite board and foam,you need to add 1,000USD for 30mm foam function
F) you do not need KASEMAKE box design software if your company worker know AUTOCAD very well

B)Delivery
1) machine will test 72 hours in the factory before delivering
2)deliver the machine after machine test if the machines are in stock .
deliver the machine in 30 working days if the machine are not in stock after machine test
3)supply-side deliver the machine to china mainland city port, demand-side is in charge of shipping fee. Demand-side pick up the machine and notify supply-side to arrange technician to demand-side company installation.
